It is 3 days since we have closed on the sale of our home. We had lived in the home for 32 years. Our age and life circumstances made now the right time to sell and move on. We had no idea how to go about finding a realtor so my husband decided to see who had sold our model home, in our area, most recently, and give that person a call.  It was by chance that Mary Lou was that realtor. A few things!
 First, you did an excellent job. I would recommend you and A to Z to anyone.
 I only wish we had found you sooner as we spent many days cleaning out drawers,     closets and shelves that was wasted time and cost us money.
You were correct about how to price the property and we are very happy to have
sold the unit so quickly in this current market conditions.

Don't let it be said that you need a client watching over you! I wish to thank you for the great job you did on our behalf. Having to move to a new city before our condo was sold and having you tell us to just leave our house sale in your hands was exactly what occurred. You were recommended by a good friend of ours and you provided references but still there is that feeling of how can they organize, price and effectively pull this off without our being there. Well,  you pulled it off without a hitch. You sorted it, priced it, advertised it, and last but not least you satisfied us completely without our having a thing to do with it from 1200 miles away. Your completing the sale and your accounting was very professional and provided our check to our satisfaction along with acceptance of the totally cleaned out unit from the new owner.
